I'm so happy to ship beautiful artwork straight to you. It means the world to me knowing my art has found a new loving home with you. Art really does transform your physical (and mental) space for the better.
Please allow 2-4 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during the holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Ultimately, the shipping times are up to the carrier.
If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via amanda@rinaldiart.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at amanda@rinaldiart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
