If there’s an issue with your order, don’t worry – we’ve got your back! If something isn’t quite right or your item wasn’t what you expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Feel free to reach out through my contact page, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Liability
We do not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector.
It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality art products for you to enjoy! Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honor a 30 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, however some calibrations may way between devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are delicate and often cannot be resold once returned. However, if the prints are unopened and still in their original packaging, they may be eligible for return. If the returned prints are found to be unsuitable upon inspection, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
Limited Edition Prints (not eligible): All limited edition purchases are final; as Amanda has high stands with quality control when personally signing, handling, carefully packaging, and shipping each limited edition print just for you.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final, since they come with a special personalized gift just for you!
Refund Policy
If approved of any refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases
